THE TRAPPED GROWTH INTENSIVE

Turn your hidden advantage into a six-figure partnership opportunity.

For established US B2B businesses doing $1M to $10M with stalled growth. Over an initial 15 business days, we build the first partnership with your team and give hands-on support to secure a commercial commitment. The outcome is a documented opportunity, not guaranteed signed revenue.

PROOF

Commercial results from past engagements.

INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY

$250,000+

We refined the rollout strategy and offer positioning, and brought on a BDR who booked and handled appointments. Live sales activity began within roughly two and a half weeks. Over the following three months, the company generated more than $250,000 in additional revenue. Our work contributed through positioning and sales execution.

STAFFING COMPANY

$2M+ ยท 1.5x to 4.5x

During a six-month exit preparation and repositioning effort, we worked with the founder and team to clarify the commercial narrative and growth path. The company added more than $2 million in topline revenue, and the acquisition offer multiple moved from 1.5x to 4.5x. Multiple factors contributed.

Results from earlier engagements, over the timeframes stated, to which our work contributed. They are not results from this new Intensive or a forecast for another business.

Rylie Hicks

Rylie has sold three service businesses, two of which he started, and applied this experience to positioning, distribution and commercial execution across several B2B sectors.

THE OPPORTUNITY

More value may be hiding inside the way you already work.

Your customers already pay you for something valuable. Along the way, you have built expertise, customer insight and relationships that may be worth more than the way you currently sell them.

A commercial partnership gives that advantage a new route to customers. We find it, put a price and delivery model around it, and work with you to turn shared interest into a paid commitment.

WHO IT IS FOR

Established, ready to act, and stuck below the next level.

Founders and commercial leaders in US B2B companies doing $1M to $10M in annual revenue, with product-market fit and stalled growth. The primary focus is majority founder-owned businesses, including bootstrapped companies and those funded no later than seed.

An existing asset customers value, with evidence of the need it addresses.

Warm access to buyers or partners.

A decision maker who can authorize the engagement and commercial actions.

Capacity to deliver what the new offer promises.

A credible path to a commercial decision in the initial working period.

Approximately 50 combined client-team hours over the initial 15 business days.

Interested, but not ready? Consider the Unfair Advantage Working Group.

OBSTACLES

Every obstacle is an opportunity.

01

We already sell everything valuable.

The Unfair Advantage Audit examines capabilities, insight and relationships bundled into the current offer or used only inside the business.

02

Partnerships take months to close.

Shared Work Planning exposes responsibilities and approvals. Commercial Agreement and Activation works through commitments with the people who can act. Confirm access and timing before starting.

03

We cannot afford another growth hire.

Implementation Workshops and Capability Transfer develop the people already on your team. The Team Playbook carries the method into the next opportunity.

Clear responsibilities

Hicks brings analysis, offer development, commercial work and coaching.

The client brings evidence, access, decisions and implementation.

GUARANTEES

Clear commitments. Two guarantees.

01 / UNCONDITIONAL

Seven-day guarantee

If we are not the right partner for you, email rylie@hicks-enterprises.com within seven calendar days of the first working session for a full $30,000 refund. No proof of failure or participation condition is required.

02 / IMPLEMENTATION

Service guarantee

If Hicks has not completed the agreed work within 15 business days, we finish that work at no additional fee, with the client's agreed access, inputs and decisions.

This covers the scoped offer and economics, workshops and deal reviews, first meeting and shared work, commercial terms and launch plan, playbook and capability transfer. It ends when that Hicks work is delivered. Continued sales support is agreed separately in writing.

Commercial definitions and client responsibilities

Client responsibilities: attend or reschedule working sessions; provide the agreed information, access and decision maker; act on the agreed advice and repositioning work, or agree an alternative; complete decisions and actions on time and return the evidence. Delayed inputs, access or third-party availability lead to revised dates for affected tasks.

Six-figure opportunity: a documented path to at least $100,000 in revenue to the client's business over its first twelve months. A commercial commitment requires a signed purchase obligation, binding orders, or a paid pilot with documented expansion scope, pricing and decision steps. A pilot's projected expansion is not signed revenue. A referral agreement alone is not a purchase commitment.

It is not a guaranteed $100,000 sale, cash collection or signature within fifteen business days.

THE NEXT STEP

One clear conversation at a time.

01

Vision

Establish direction and fit.

02

Insight

Examine one opportunity and readiness.

03

Standing offer

Agree the selected opportunity, responsibilities, start date and terms.

The engagement begins after signature, full payment and readiness confirmation.
